Biography

Philippe Tardif is a business law partner in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. He is the Toronto regional leader for our Securities and Capital Markets Group. Philippe's practice focuses on corporate finance, with an emphasis on public and private equity and debt financings, including cross-border financings, mergers and acquisitions involving public companies, and corporate governance matters, including board and special committee advisory roles. Philippe is recognized for his expertise in his field and previously served as adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School. He is an officer of the International Bar Association Securities Law Committee.
