Biography

Michael Häuptli is a Senior Legal & Policy Specialist at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, where he conducts enforcement proceedings and represents FINMA before the courts. He holds law degrees from the University of Fribourg and the University of Chicago (LL.M.).
