Biography

Tom Parachini is Head of Capital Markets - Legal for Funding Circle, a leading online SME lending platform operating in the UK, US, Germany and the Netherlands. Tom advises Funding Circle’s global capital markets business, including institutional direct lending, structured credit and securitisation, and funds solutions. Prior to Funding Circle, Tom has held various positions in private practice and in-house in the UK and US.
