Biography

Tibor Fabian is a partner in the Banking & Finance team of Binder Grösswang and has more than 25 years of experience in advising on large and complex transactions. He focuses on: - Capital markets law - Structured finance - Derivatives Tibor is recognised by Chambers Global 2019 as one of the leading lawyers in Banking & Finance and listed in the 2019 edition of the IFLR1000 as "Market leader". Tibor joined Binder Grösswang in 1990 and has been a partner since 1996. He was previously Head of International Project Finance at Österreichische Landesbank AG and Assistant to Chairman of Österreichische Kontrollbank AG in Vienna.
