Biography

Dr. Volker Stapper is Vice President for International Competition Policy in the department “Group Public and Regulatory Affairs” at Deutsche Telekom AG He heads the unit in charge of all antitrust issues at Deutsche Telekom AG and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Deutsche Telekom AG in 2000, Dr. Volker Stapper worked for a law firm in Frankfurt. Dr. Volker Stapper holds degrees from the universities of Bonn and Bruges.
