Biography

Head of the White Collar Crimes practice group at TozziniFreire, Juliana has extensive experience in defending the interests of companies and their representatives in government investigations and criminal lawsuits related to business activity, including those touching on corruption, antitrust, tax, financial and environmental and any other crimes related to the corporate activities. Partner of TozziniFreire’s multidisciplinary Compliance group, Juliana is in charge of internal investigations of corruption, antitrust violations and corporate fraud and compliance training sessions for employees covering corruption, cartel and search and seizure.
