Biography

Mads works primarily with contract negotiations and transactions towards clients in the shipping, oil service and oil & gas sectors. He regularly advices companies with charterparty negotiations and disputes, sale and purchase of drilling rigs and vessels, field developments and construction projects, newbuilding and repair contracts, as well as all types of service and supplier contracts.
