Biography

Markus Schott is a partner at Bär & Karrer and co-heads the life sciences department. He advises and represents clients in the pharma, medtech, laboratory, hospital and food/cosmetics sectors. Markus' practice focuses on all regulatory matters, including governmental authorizations/licenses, supervision and pricing/reimbursement. He regularly litigates the respective matters before federal courts. Markus holds a Professor of law title from the University of Zurich, a LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a Dr. iur. from the University of Basel.
