Biography

Enforcement Commissioner at the EBRD since 2015: also responsible for special projects and knowledge management within its legal dept. Between 1998 and 2015, led teams at EBRD dealing with: financing and restructuring investment projects, developing EBRD’s carbon-credit product line, contentious, enforcement, disciplinary and criminal cases, and corporate, institutional and HR matters. Salans Hertzfeld & Heilbronn, between 1996 and 1997. McCann Fitzgerald, between 1985 and 1995. Assistant Company Secretary with the GPA Group, on secondment in 1992. B.A. (Mod. Leg. Sci.) and an M.A. from Trinity College, Dublin. Admitted as a solicitor in Ireland in 1988. Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales since 1996.
