Biography

David Turner is a barrister practising principally in Brisbane, Australia, in all areas of commercial law. He has appeared in a range of appeals, trials and interlocutory hearings in the Queensland courts, the Federal Court of Australia, and the High Court of Australia, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations.
