Elly Proudlock

Biography

Elly acts in criminal investigations involving the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and other authorities, representing companies and individuals facing allegations of bribery and corruption, fraud and other types of misconduct. A member of the Fraud Lawyers’ Association, Elly has acted for clients in many high-profile SFO investigations. Her recent experience includes representing a company in an SFO fraud investigation, advising a company in connection with a self-report to the SFO regarding suspected offences under the Bribery Act and advising a multinational energy services in relation to an SFO investigation into its historic use of agents. Elly has also represented senior individuals in the SFO corruption investigations into ENRC, Rolls-Royce and Bertling.
