Biography

Robert practices in the area of Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution and White Collar Defence work. His work has a particular focus on regulatory investigations and prosecutions, white collar crime and fraud, extradition and trade sanctions, bribery and corruption, money laundering, whistleblower advice for individuals and companies, taxation disputes, international arbitrations and class actions in Australia and overseas. He has written texts on Australia's anti-corruption laws, published in London (2013-2019), in Berlin (2015) and by Oxford University Press in the US (2019). He was the Co-Chair of the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee for 2015-2016.
