Biography

Mr. Hanamoto is a Partner in the Litigation and Risk Management Group of TMI Associates who focuses on Antitrust/Competition law practice, including cartels, bid rigging, dominant position and merger control. He has experience in working for a major Japanese chemical company and the Japan Fair Trade Commission and is highly skilled in providing practical legal advice and support in dealing with investigations by and notifications to competition authorities, complicance issues and business planning.
