Biography

Tadashi Shiraishi is Professor of the University of Tokyo, Graduate Schools for Law and Politics, in charge of competition law. His recent publications in English include exploitative abuse in Antitrust Bulletin, Japanese CRT case in Japanese Yearbook of International Law, and commitment decisions in the Japanese context at the OECD website.
