Biography

Amyn Hassanally is a Partner and co-head of the Investment Execution function at Coller Capital. Amyn is responsible for the structuring, negotiation and execution of Coller Capital's sponsored funds' investments. He also oversees all legal aspects of the Firm's fundraising efforts and has helped raise over $17 billion for the Coller Capital funds. Prior to joining Coller, he was in the Private Equity practice groups at Dewey Ballantine in New York and Bingham McCutchen in Los Angeles where he represented private equity firms on fund formation, M&A transactions and venture capital financings. Amyn holds a BA from Brandeis University and a JD from the Duke University School of Law.
