Limited Partners (LPs): a more complex and transaction focused environment

Description
Private equity transactional lawyers are getting far more directly involved with LPs and those LPs are in turn a much more diverse group. This panel will look at the particular issues that transactional lawyers face when involving sovereign wealth funds and other LPs directly in transactions whether as co-investors or partners who are more substantial. The panel will also consider restrictions and demands that LPs are placing on General Partners during the fundraising process and how those affect transactions.
