Biography

Jarlath heads the legal coverage for the European Private Equity and Infrastructure businesses of GIC. These businesses invest in private companies, funds, listed equity (PIPEs and P2Ps) and private credit. Recent deals have included the P2P of ZPG plc, investing alongside The Carlyle Group in the specialty chemicals business of AkzoNobel and a large investment in Cellnex Telecom. Jarlath trained and practiced at Travers Smith in London and before joining GIC he supported the private equity and principal investment teams at Barclays Capital.
