Simon Lyons

Biography

Simon Lyons is a Partners in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London. Prior to joining PJT Partners in 2015, Mr. Lyons worked at UBS for 12 years, most recently serving as the Head of UK M&A, restructuring, equity and debt capital markets transactions. Over the course of his career, Mr. Lyons has advised on M&A transactions with a total value of nearly US$300 billion. Mr. Lyons graduated from Oxford University with a first class degree in modern languages.
