This presentation will give an overview of the deals that have been done in private equity, where they have been done and putting them in the context of the global M&A market as a whole. It will look not only at the past but will seek to identify trends and offer some clues as to the likely trajectory of deal activity in the industry over the coming years. It will illustrate our themes of the day: specialisation, differentiation and flexibility.
