Biography

Eugene Chow is the Principal of Chow King & Associates, a firm specializing in U.S., Hong Kong, and international immigration matters. Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1976 and in California since 1978, Mr. Chow has been a California State Bar Certified Specialist in U.S. Immigration & Nationality Law since 1989. A frequent speaker at immigration conferences internationally, Mr. Chow is listed in all editions of Who’s Who Legal: Corporate Immigration and a regular contributing author to many legal publications. In addition to representing business investors and individuals in securing work visas, permanent residence, and citizenship in the U.S. and Hong Kong, Mr. Chow’s boutique firm has a niche practice advising and representing U.S. citizens who wish to relinquish their citizenship and their applications for U.S. visas post-expatriation to facilitate their future travel to the U.S., as well as individuals who wish to acquire a second citizenship in various jurisdictions including Malta, St. Kitts & Nevis and Grenada for visa free travel, tax planning purposes, or as a hedge against negative economic or political developments in their countries of origin.
