Masahito Nakai
Biography
Masahito Nakai started practising in March 1992 and is widely recognised as one of the leading immigration lawyers in Japan. Masahito, the managing partner of Nakai Immigration Services LPC, has been a lecturer on immigration and nationality topics on numerous occasions, including at the International Bar Association (IBA), an American Law School, Nagoya University, Tsukuba University, and foreign Chambers of Commerce in Tokyo. He was a chair of JILPA or the Japan Immigration Practitioners Association since its foundation by him in 2011 until July 2018. Masahito is a co-author of the Guidebook for International Marriage, which is a go-to book for most Japanese immigration lawyers. He is a member of the Tokyo Gyoseishoshi Lawyers Association and has been handling not only corporate applications but also difficult individual cases.
