Biography

Fabio Andreottola is co-founder and managing partner of Alvarium CoRe Partners, a recently established London-based private equity firm focusing exclusively on branded consumer products and services, particularly in the premium and luxury segments, in Europe and globally. Mr Andreottola has over 20 years’ experience in international private equity and investment banking. Prior to establishing Alvarium CoRe Partners, Mr Andreottola was for four years a partner at Metric Capital Partners, a pan-European private capital investor, and before that he worked for seven years with global private equity investor Permira. Mr Andreottola has been involved in several private equity investments, including a number in the fashion sector such as Valentino, Hugo Boss, Dr Martens and New Look. Mr Andreottola started his career in investment banking, initially in Italy and then joining Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (subsequently acquired by Credit Suisse) in London, where he worked on numerous M&A and capital raising transactions across sectors and geographies. Mr Andreottola is a graduate from Universita’ Bocconi in Milan.
