Biography

Chris specialises in mid-market corporate finance transactions including take-overs.mergers and acquisitions, reconstructions .and securities regulations generally . He works extensively with overseas clients on inward investment work and has considerable experience of working on cross- border transactions. Chris has an MBA in legal practice from Nottingham Law School and is a fluent French speaker. He regularly presents at international conferences and is vice chair of the European Regional Forum of the IBA .
