Biography

Iván joined Pérez-Llorca in 1999, was named partner in 2007 and International Executive Partner in 2024. Iván is responsible for shaping and directing the firm's international strategy and operations. In 2015 he established Pérez-Llorca's New York office and led it for five years. In 2021 he re-joined the Madrid office, where he continues to advise on complex transactions and matters, which he combines with his international practice responsabilities. In 2002, Iván was seconded to the London office of Slaughter and May. Studies: 1999 Master's degree in Legal practice, Universidad Carlos III, Madrid. 1997 Degree in Law. Universidad Carlos III, Madrid. Languages Spanish and English. Iván specialises in M&A, private equity, corporate and commercial matters in general.
