Biography
He joined SK&S in 1994 and became a partner in 2000. At present senior partner. In his practice he focuses on advice in commercial, corporate and civil as well as bankruptcy law. He has advised clients on a number of privatisation, real estate, and merger and acquisition transactions as well as in various litigation and arbitration disputes. He also manages a team of lawyers engaged in German-speaking transactions, He is fluent in English and German, and knows basic Italian. He has also participated in the Supervisory Boards of various companies and an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
