BREAKOUT PART TWO - Topic three - Things that smaller/medium sized law can do to position themselves for change.
Friday 22 November (1400 - 1500)
Committee(s)
Law Firm Management Committee
(Lead)
Description
Although change is challenging, larger law firms with big budgets are arguably better positioned to manage this change. However, large law firms are not as nimble as smaller ones. How can small or medium-sized law firms exploit their size to better position themselves for the changes that are coming, in terms of technology, law offices and the way in which young lawyers will work and the expectations of young lawyers for a career?
