Biography

Stephen was the managing partner of Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP, one of the largest and oldest Scottish headquartered and independent law firms, between 2012 and May 2019. Since stepping down from that role he has returned to his former corporate practice, in which he advises on a variety of UK and overseas clients on corporate matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions and reorganisations, with a focus on the renewables, property, drinks and leisure industries. Admitted in Scotland and England and Wales.
