Biography

Declan has been the Managing Partner of Mason Hayes & Curran since 2013. His tenure has coincided with a period of sustained growth for the firm. He is a lifer, having joined MHC as a trainee in 1990. His personal practice is in the resolution of business disputes and the management of insolvency risk. He now focuses on matters with significant reputational or financial consequences for the protagonists, commonly with an international component. He continues to practice alongside his role as managing partner.
