M&A has once again become a main focus for many companies seeking growth through acquisition as well as for funds seeking to put their capital to work. As companies and portfolio entities face tough competition and increasing demands to innovate, they are turning to strategies such as M&A and global expansion to improve solution suites and their market position. This session will focus on ways to streamline the legal aspects of the M&A process.
