Description
This session will cover the potential application of new technology across a range of industry sectors, including: travel and logistics (driverless cars, drone deliveries), heathcare (assisted living for the elderly, exoskeletons, prosthetics, nanorobots), defence (killer robots) and utilities (clean up robots, infrastructure checking drones). It will also look at the ethical and legal issues that the use of such technologies will create as we interact with these new machines in a different way to current technologies.
