Description
Criminal prosecutions are, by far, not the only consequence of corrupt behaviour. Civil sanctions and debarments (excluding a company from public procurement) are increasingly common. This panel will bring together experts on civil sanctions and various debarment systems including multilateral development banks as well as national systems.
