Session information

Session one: The collateral consequences of corruption: The world of civil sanctions and debarments

Anti-Corruption Committee (Lead)

Criminal prosecutions are, by far, not the only consequence of corrupt behaviour. Civil sanctions and debarments (excluding a company from public procurement) are increasingly common.
