Description

During this session, deal lawyers will be able to acquire a greater understanding of how the ultimate investors view the asset class today. These investors’ attitudes and preferences drive private equity sponsors to seek out different sectors and financial characteristics for their investments. Their appetite for risk and need for returns ultimately governs the approach that sponsors bring to making and structuring investments. What is being promised to investors in the current vintage of fundraisings is what will drive private equity transaction over the next three to five years. This panel has a track record of delivering valuable insights on these issues.
