Description
Each year we are honoured and most fortunate to be joined by a group of general counsel from some of the largest and most prestigious private equity sponsors in the world. This panel has long established itself as a valuable opportunity to hear from the horse’s mouth what is on the minds of general counsel in private equity sponsors and to get their frank, and unvarnished views of the challenges they face and their perspectives on what lawyers in private practice in the sector are getting right (or wrong).
