Description
Whether and to what extent artificial intelligence will be able to replace the human intelligence of lawyers is an issue being debated with fundamentalist fervour. This session will set aside dogmata, beliefs, prophecies or the like and turn to the facts, which are on the table today: • Where exactly and to what extent can artificial intelligence really and effectively be used in the legal practice today? • What limitations and issues are there? • What are the up sides for practicing lawyers and law firms? • What are the down sides? • Should one be a pioneer and bet on still experimental artificial intelligence, or rather wait until it is established and a commodity?
