Description
Human Rights Human rights-based remedies have become increasingly important to international dispute resolution both in the context of investment arbitration and international litigation, including criminal law. New standards and national legislation focusing on human rights, environment, labour and corruption risks have emerged as public scrutiny of judges and arbitrators has amplified. This session will consider the impact of these new risks and the new litigation strategies that arise from them.
