Description

In recent times, cross-border M&A has evolved from elementary deal-making to a complex synergy between parties, both in terms of getting the deal through and addressing post-deal challenges, as well as other stakeholders such as regulatory authorities. This panel will focus on the changing paradigm in cross-border M&A in the region and as part of the discussion, provide an overview of the sector from a macroeconomic perspective, recent trends and challenges in deal making in the region and the growing interplay of culture, processes and governance.
