Description

Technology and innovation have disrupted practically all aspects of the modern economy, from helping scientists cure the incurable to revolutionising transportation. In the legal business, technology and innovation are dramatically transforming the world of M&A, from industry trends and deal structures, to AI driven due diligence, automation of legal documents and rep & warranty insurances. What is the current state of M&A practice in Latin America? What are the possible outcomes of these tendencies? What are the implications for lawyers, clients and markets? This panel will address some of the big questions regarding the transformations that can be anticipated for the world of M&A in the upcoming years and review the most emblematic cases.
