Description
During recent times, a wave of corporate scandals of enormous proportions have given rise to high-profile commercial litigation cases. In this session, the panel will examine lessons to be learnt from these cases. They will also discuss effective strategies to navigate these conflicts, which will include: practical aspects of retrieving cross-border assets; the need to be able to work with cross-border teams; and the impact of technology (both as a tool and a hinderance).
