16th Annual IBA Competition Mid-Year Conference
2 Jun - 3 Jun 2022
Session information
Description
The European Competition Network (ECN) is now 18 years old. What are the most important learnings from its childhood and adolescence? Can the ECN be now rightly called an adult, i.e. a mature system, fully realising its power and potential? What are the ECN's current biggest achievements and challenges? The panel will discuss these questions and will also look at the most relevant issues of the day from the perspective of both the enforcers as well as of those in private practice.
