Description

This session will explore the role of the Asia Pacific region in the era of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), which is transforming the world in profound ways. As AI is revolutionising production processes across various industries, there are hopes that AI will bring unprecedented progress to solving human problems, including in the fields of healthcare, agriculture, mobility and sustainability. However, as AI’s influence grows, concerns about its ethical implications, privacy issues, and potential societal impacts are growing also. We will discuss the legal and business challenges and opportunities in the Asia Pacific region that is brought by the development of generative AI, and our role in the discussions for a safe and reliable AI.
