Description

Hearings remain an important part of the legal system, where the art of cross-examination can make or break a case. This session will explore its inherent risks and the balance that defines an effective ‘Goldilocks’ cross-examination. Guided by seasoned trial lawyers and arbitration practitioners, the panel will share techniques and insights through an engaging mock-trial format, offering participants practical tools to uncover what remains unsaid in pleadings.
