Description

Topic 1: The future of automotive distribution and consumer rights in a digital-first market

Topic 2: Supporting recovery – legal solutions for the automotive industry in transition

Conference participants will discuss in small break-out groups two very relevant automotive subjects from different perspectives. The first topic aims to discuss how evolving consumer expectations, digital sales channels and regulatory shifts are reshaping the legal landscape of vehicle distribution and aftersales across Europe.

The second topic will explore Europe’s automotive sector as it stands at a critical crossroads. Confronted by economic pressure, regulatory complexity and global competition, the industry must navigate this transformation with both resilience and legal prudence. This topic aims to explore how robust legal frameworks can support innovation, strengthen competitiveness, and support a sustainable recovery for Europe’s automotive sector.
