Description
This session will explore how blockchain technology is reshaping transparency, accountability, and transaction security across both public‑ and private‑sector ecosystems. Panelists will discuss the features that make distributed‑ledger technologies particularly valuable for compliance—such as immutable audit trails, enhanced traceability of assets and payments, and automated controls enabled through smart contracts. The conversation will also address emerging regulatory expectations, the integration of blockchain into existing compliance architectures, and the challenges associated with data governance, interoperability, and scalability. Attendees will gain practical insights into how blockchain can strengthen fraud prevention, support secure digital transactions, and provide greater assurance in high‑risk or complex operational environments.
