This workshop will focus on how sponsors manage conflicts of interest, including allocations among multiple products, affiliate transactions, and secondaries, while also taking into account the applicable regulatory regimes in which the funds operate.

Topics to Include:
• Role of counsel in guiding sponsors on transactional management involving the management of conflicts in continuation funds in light of ADIC v EMG (2025)
