Description
When technology and intellectual property rights are core assets, licensing to and from commercial partners is an essential part of a company's strategy. Licensing generates revenue, in addition to enhancing a company's value. Leveraging on in-house R&D capabilities, licensing in and out to strategic partners may secure business development and increase the probability for new product launches. Figuring out the right steps to take is challenging and requires a dedicated strategy. Join in-house and counselling legal experts in all intellectual property, regulatory and commercial matters, with long-term experience in the field of life sciences, as they discuss issues relating to licensing and share with participants their knowledge and insight.
