Description
This session will commence with a panel discussion related to identifying the right strategy for growth of small and medium law firms.
Topics will include:
- Working out the purpose of the strategy, with particular relevance to smaller firms
- Setting your brand in the right place so as to pursue the strategy
- Communicating that strategy internally and externally
- Ensuring that the strategy is capable of practical execution
- Examples of what can go right and wrong in planning and execution
- Flexibility in terms of the strategy
The second part of the session will involve an interview with Tiziana Sucharitkul, co-Managing Partner of Tilleke & Gibbins in Bangkok, in relation to how that firm has set and executed its strategy as it has grown in South East Asia.
