Relationships are much like building a house, you need to get the foundations correct and then gradually build on the relationships brick by brick. It's not a race and the key is to look at the core values upon which long term relationships and strong partnerships are built. Preparing the groundwork for the development of relationships is crucial to the success of your law firm.

In this fire side chat, we'll hear from the founder of a corporate boutique law firm, Mark Homan of BHSM LLP, on his journey from a four partner start-up to mid-sized firm and how relationship building has been key to their continued success. Arush Khanna from Numen Law Offices will share his journey of having co-founded a law firm just before the pandemic and how he has had to be creative in his approach to building relationships given the lack of opportunity for traditional in-person networking and meetings over the last 12 months.

Anne, Mark & Arush will share great practical and easy to implement tips on how to create authentic, honest and open relationships.
