As in past years, we start with a retrospective of the year and an overview of what is happening right now in the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity markets globally, with a particular focus on cross-continental transactions. Haidee Lee, Head of Strategic Investors Group M&A, and Carsten Woehrn, Head of Financial Sponsors M&A, from JP Morgan in New York and London, respectively, will discuss these topics and tell us which trends and tactics of the last 18 months will continue to prevail in the future.
