Description
It seems ESG has permeated virtually all aspects of life. Private companies are no exception. Consequently, ESG also plays an increasingly important role in private M&A. The panel will look at some of the ESG manifestations in the world of European deal lawyers: how does ESG influence a private M&A deal? What are ‘Green Bonds’ and who can use them and when? And more generally, is ESG only relevant for listed companies or is it important for private companies and private deals too?
