Description
This workshop will consider the increasing use of “alternative fee arrangements” by private fund managers to attract and retain capital in a competitive marketplace. Topics will include tiered management fees, founders and anchor arrangements, discounts, and variations in distribution waterfalls. In addition, this workshop will discuss the pros and cons of these alternative arrangements.
